Great Watch And Makes For A Fantastic Gift!!
I have bought two of these watches over the past two years both as gifts. I bought one for my mom last year and this year I bought one for another family member. These watches have a fantastic presentation to be expected from Citizen. The watch comes in a stylish box with a hinged lid that has nice resistance to keep it closed until ready to open.The watch itself is very detailed and keeps great time. One of the watches I bought was a two tone silver with gold and it really pops when you open the box.I was new to the eco drive technology but seems to work well and there is no visible solar panels etc to take away from the beauty of the face plate. The only drawback is that the eco drive storage capacitor/battery is said to only be good for 15 to 25 years but is replaceable from what research I did on this watch before I made my first purchase.The watch comes with the time set pin pulled so watch is not running in transport. Once you push in the set pin, watch will begin ticking away.Overall these are very affordable watches for the quality you get and they make a fantastic gift. You can't go wrong with a Citizen timepiece.

SUPER HAPPY WITH MY NEW WATCH! ARRIVED JUST AS EXPECTED!
I ordered this Friday and just received it today (Sunday). It was just as expected and packaged well in the official Citizen box with registration/setting booklet. Watch was easy to set with the crown (I had a Fossil watch with the same type of dials) and was in working order as soon as I finished setting it (pushed the knob in). The watch is very feminine and "dressy" in my opinion, but I have no doubt that it will also be sturdy enough to last (and registering online gives you a six year warranty on Eco-drive watches)!It is smaller than my old two-toned Fossil (face and band) but I don't remember what the measurements were for my old watch and have not seen any models that are similar anymore. (It was a Nordstrom sale purchase circa mid-90s!) Yes, the day-date are a bit difficult to read (especially if you are past your early 40's!)...but it is to be expected from a ladies' wrist watch! I would have loved to find this similar watch come in a 32 or 34 mm size, but as such, this was the only option and my favorite look. I almost opted to try the men's version, but it only came with a 40 mm face!Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase! I feel especially good about the Eco-drive feature (I had many, many years of having to take the old Fossil in for battery replacement!) and after many years sans wearing a wrist watch, it feels good to be able to have time, day of the week and date ready with a glance (without having to unlock my cell phone!)I tried to include photos for size perspective because it's hard to tell how big someone's wrist is! It's a bit loose on me but I like it to dangle and will not remove any links. The bezel size is just a tad bigger in diameter than my 9.5 sized index finger ring, and the booklet included is just a tad bigger than a standard post-it pad. Hope that helps!

Wife Loves It
I purchased this for my wife's Christmas present. She described what style she liked and this matched up perfectly. I like it because it's an Eco-Drive and will not have to deal with a battery for a long time, if ever. The Eco-Drive I have has not needed anything for going on 8 years.Adjusting the the band was easy enough, providing you have tools available to do it. Probably best to have a watch repair place do it, all though, being able to take a link out at a time is convenient to ensure a perfect fit is achieved, which she wore the watched and I made an adjustment as needed. Check YouTube for videos on how to do this, if your unfamiliar with the process, or if you are, because there are many ways and style bands.

Keeps time
The style and face size is great for my smaller wrist. I had to remove 4 links, two on each side of the watch band. I like how the band closes and it does not get caught and open accidentally. The watch keeps accurate time.My one and a major disappointment for me is the luminous hands and markers. This watch can sit in sunlight for 8 hours or more and the luminous hands glow for about an hour and the markers don't glow at all Luminous hands were one of the main reasons I decided on this watch. The quality Citizen watches have, I never expected this issue. I never had such weak luminous hands on my cheap watches.

On the Second - Repeatedly
This is my go to watch for everyday wear. When it first arrived I set the time to the clock on the cable box which is the same as this computer's clock knowing full well that I would have to reset it from time to time. That was as wrong as could be. In the past few weeks it has not missed a second. Not a second. I am astonished and not alone in that regard. Admittedly, I keep it in light around the clock so that the battery will not run down but do not try to keep it dry since it is a sports watch. I will not make a statement about the watch's looks since each of us is different and our tastes also differ. I am not surprised about the quality of the movement other than its accuracy.I offer one caveat. If you are a cheap skate as I you might not want to spend the money to have a jeweler to change the size of the bracelet. I decided to buy an inexpensive watch repair kit to accomplish not only bracelet sizing for this watch but for the rest of them when necessary. Included in the kit were other tools for changing batteries ( none here, though ) and other tools I have little use for. The sizing, however, was easy when I got the knack for it. It was nice to have a non-working watch to hone my "skills" on so that I could approach and finish shortening this band. Great watch from a decent company.
