Kobo Candles Kobo Soy Candle, Vetiver and Shaved Vanilla

The candle is over priced but the smell is great and the packaging was very nice!

Kobo makes the absolute best soy candles, and this scent is my favorite: sweet, clean, and calming. They are the only brand of candle in my home and I've purchased this scent several times. They're pricey but worth it -- they burn for a very long time, smell great but not so strong that you feel like you're in a perfume cloud, and they're soy so you don't have to worry about the carcinogen issue as with regular candles. When these are done burning, I freeze them, cut out the little bit of excess wax, wash them and use them for a variety of things: pencil holders, a container for my tv remotes, and a vessel for knick knacks on my nightstand. I also reuse the tops of the cute cardboard containers they come in (but to do this you have to be okay with the label being upside down) -- as a holder for my lotion and hand sanitizer on my home desk, a place to drop my keys next to the front door, etc. I highly, highly recommend this product.

This candle smells so good. I really don't know how to describe the scent, though. I don't smell the vanilla all that much when I burn it, so I guess I'm smelling more of the vetiver. My condo is almost 1,200 sq. ft., and I can smell this candle's scent in all rooms when I burn it. You can smell the scent within 10 minutes of lighting it. In my opinion, the scent seems more feminine than masculine, if that matters. It's a little pricey, but I think the quality of the candle is good and worth the money. This would be a great gift...the packaging is nice and also includes a box of matches inside.

This product came damaged. The some on the wax was in the lid and the box that it came in was soaked with wax and oil from what I assume it is. .. It smells nice but for the price, I expected a not melted candle on arrival.

i love these candles - they burn relatively cleanly. this particular scent (vetiver) is very pleasant and relaxing - and not too overwhelming as many other candles tend to be. the packaging is also very nice. after getting and using my first kobo soy candle, i was quickly back to amazon to order other varieties. you will enjoy for sure.

I received this candle initially as a gift. I loved it so much I went to order another one. $40 for a candle?! I said that was crazy. Then I ordered one anyway and have ordered 4 since because it makes my house smell so amazing.

This candle is supposed to burn close to 70 hours which is why it cost so much! Wrong, it was gone after only 7- 10 hours! Rip off
