DARK GREEN (FS 34079) 3oz. Spray Can

I have read that British lend lease vehicles were shipped to the UK in their original olive drab paint scheme. The British painted some of them in dark green and left others in the US supplied paint scheme. I have found that the dark green serves me well in portraying the non-US paint schemes. It is noticeably different from olive drab, but not markedly so. Dries flat and even.

OK but way over priced

Not sure what I can say except, "it's TESTORS" ... I used their model paint when I was a kid and now, using it again today with my son (and myself, a bigger kid). Colors are as indicated, paint is good quality, easy to use and easy to clean up. There maybe better model paints but for me, TESTORS is it.

Great Paint

Worked perfectly for my P47 build.

the reason I am rating this "3 stars" is because the name of the color is misleading, it is a good quality paint of course, it covers quickly and dries quickly and doesn't leave bubbles, the mark of a good paint. But it is actually a dull millitary(like) green, not a color you would paint a '49 merc unless you want to paint a big white star on the door and make it a general's transport(which I ended up doing). Not a bad paint, but not a good name for the color, it isn't dark green it is sort of a faded medium green and dull or flat.
