We really miss being able to buy Quebec aged cheddar, and this is at least sharp not sweet.

Dry with a crumble, salty flavor, I prefer to use this one for cooking

I absolutely love love love this cheese. But it is very expensive at about $13.99 lb so I don’t purchase it very often.

This cheddar is so yummy! It is creamy, smooth, and melts in your mouth. I have bought it twice now and intend on buying it again.
