There’s a right whey, and a wrong whey…
When I was in search of a whey protein I wanted to find one that was organic, if possible. After finding The Organic Whey I did my due diligence by looking them up, because I needed to know that their product was worth my $65. Well, this is likely about as organic as you can get when it comes to whey- and it’s worth every cent.I’ve used other products in the past when I didn’t worry much about how it was processed and how it may harm my body. Those big name commercial products are created in labs and chemically enhanced. I’m not knocking anyone for using them- have at it! But personally, I like to know that my food and supplements weren’t pumped full of things my body wasn’t made to consume. It’s no wonder I always had loose stool after consumption of those lab made supplements (rejected). I should also mention that I am lactose intolerant; and although there are “trace amounts of lactose,” I have absolutely no issues with this product. To date, I’ve bought 2 or 3 1.5lb bags and I am completely satisfied. I use it in my post workout shake with almond milk and a few other ingredients. It is very smooth and clean tasting- you hardly know its there (I tried it with water so I know what it tastes like by itself). Not only am I sated after consumption, but also can see and feel the results after prolonged use. There may be other products out there that are cheaper, but you should ask yourself why… why is that product cheaper than this one? Compare and contrast, and also take into consideration your health. You get what you pay for people. I’d rather spend a few extra dollars now than to pay hundreds or even thousands in medical bills for possible ailments later. Treat your body right. Get the right whey- The Organic Whey.

High Quality Whey for High Quality Gains
This is not my first foray into Whey powders, but I was hesitant at first. I had used the sugary flavored Whey powders from the large stores in the past and always cramped up. The combination of the Whey and the sugar with artificial flavorings did not sit well with me. After reading the reviews and about the Organic Whey, I thought I'd give it a shot along with my new exercise/diet plan.I have been taking The Organic Whey along with a bulk Creatine for the last 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed. It is very smooth powder and mixes in water with just a couple of shakes of the bottle. Very easy to gulp down after a workout in the water that I had remaining. I have gained 10 pounds of muscle over the past 3 weeks with the combination of Whey and Creatine and heavy lifting. Very impressed. Much of it will be water retention, but I have heard that Creatine assists with Protein synthesis. The only gripe I have is with the resealable bag being low quality, but that's really a non-issue. Being a very fine powder, it easily gets caught in the delicate seal and doesn't completely keep air out. I just dumped it into a large ziploc and no more issues. I take a couple of tablespoons out to replace a meal, add to a smoothie, or for my post workout with Creatine. Highly recommend The Organic Whey protein. It's high quality and you can tell. Not cheap, but if you're sensitive to the other cheap Whey, give this one a shot.

Helps me with recovery of sore muscles
I've never purchased any kinds of supplements, specifically protein powders. I started doing Crossfit three months ago and I found myself taking more days off than I cared for in order to recover. I also enjoy running half marathon distances and felt it was necessary to start taking protein drinks to help with sore muscles. It took me weeks to choose the right one and chose The Organic Whey not just because of the reviews, but because of the ingredients. I did not want a ton of ingredients that I did not know how to pronounce or understand their purpose. The Organic Whey fit the bill.I've taken it for a straight week, all after two long runs and heavy lifting and I am VERY impressed with the fact I am not as sore as I was prior to using the powder. In fact, this past week, I've managed to put in more runs on my schedule. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. I blend mine with Almond milk and it does not taste gritty at all. It does have a dairy flavor (for me), which is not illogical given it has milk, but it will take on the flavor of any fruit should you choose to add any. I add banana to mine and it tastes like a banana smoothie.I'm satisfied with the price and I think it's worth the money for the servings in the bag and for helping me recover. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and I'm confident I'll continue to purchase it.

Healthy and Tastes Great!
I have always been into working out and health, but recently with the huge increase in GMOs, pesticides, etc. even "healthy" eating is NOT healthy, so you really have to watch it. That said, I wanted to switch from my usual body building protein powder to something that was 100% organic. I tried a number of other products, and "The Organic Whey" is one of my favorite 3. I switch between them for variety. Now, if you're new to protein powder some suggestions and comments:1. Although you can just pour this into water or milk and drink it, I wouldn't. Like any protein it had a lot of mass, and doesn't dissolve very well, thus make a SMOOTHIE out of it with yogurt, fruit, water, ice, etc. The protein itself tastes very good, so it will add a nice base to any smoothie.2. Some people get a stomach ache when eating protein, this means, you need to increase the amount of fluid, i.e. make a smoothie out of it, and or take less and ramp up.3. I suggest drinking a protein drink in the morning as a meal, and after working out, don't drink a protein drink AND eat, it will just be too much and the protein will go thru your system and be wasted. That's about it, I highly recommend "The Organic Whey", I went thru the first bag almost instantly, so about to order a larger bag!
