Not much better than a nordictrack or sole fitness.
The rails are a little low, the side controls don't work at all, the track is not really wide enough, and the height adjustment isn't very much. Though it works well and can take you running on it, without a lot of noise.

Great Treadmill at a Competitive Cost
Very nice treadmill at a great price. We are extremely happy with the features it offers and it works like a champ - the motor is very powerful and quiet. Set up was straightforward and assembly was easy. Only one suggestion to anyone putting it in a basement - get two (or three) other people to help move this. This bad boy is HEAVY! That's not a complaint; just an observation. The weight is definitely a by-product of the solid construction of this machine. Overall very pleased.

Bad customer service, not much of a warranty
As long as it works great, it's a good machine, outside of the fact that the "Livelight" app part didn't work at all. If there's a problem with the machine, good luck:Before purchase, customer service was quite helpful. After purchase, treadmill starting giving electric shock. At first request to support, nobody contacted me. I ended up on "chat" and someone eventually contacted me about the problem (apparently the person in charge of responding to support tickets was out of town for a week???). Then they contacted a fitness equip company that doesn't even serve my state. By the time someone finally arrived, they had no idea what was wrong with the treadmill. They had never worked on a Yowza before. Tech came back several times, with no result. Yowza sent a replacement motor (but the 1st one they sent was the wrong motor). We have no idea if this fixed the problem because the tech never re-attached the heart rate monitor which is where we assumed the electric shock was coming from since it was in the handles. Screws were left out of the console and the belt is WAY off track since the last visit by the tech. I emailed Yowza support and there was NO RESPONSE. Obviously this treadmill is a lemon and they should have just replaced it after several "attempts" to fix it. On the other hand, if you read their "warranty" (yes, I put that in quotes on purpose), it says if they replace equipment, you no longer have a warranty. One might assume they'll just send you another lemon at this point. It's unfortunate because we bought it based on reviews of their warranty and customer support....never again.
