Sho Koi Impact Premium Koi Food Pellet with Optimun Large 4.0 MM 4.0 lbs

This is a quality Koi food and our fish like it quite a bit. My only issue is while this is advertised as medium pellets, but ended up getting shipped large pellets. Unfortunately Amazon makes providing feedback difficult, so I'm throwing this review on here to warn other customers. Check the pellet size (It's listed on the packaging on a white sticker) before you open it.

I've been feeding my koi this food for several years. It is an American produced product, well balanced and stabilized vitamin C. My fish have grown well and they love the food too. But then they might like any food.

Sho Koi is an excellent food! i needed this in a hurry and was glad to get it; however i do wish the seller carried the larger pellet size. This size was good though, for my small but growing "babies".

Package came as expected. It's more than I need so I pressure sealed half for freshness. My fish love Impact, so that's all we feed.

I ordered (2) 5 lb packages of this food hoping I would not have to order food for a while. The expiration date on both packages is 9/ 2014. Way too short a life span. The pellets are not a true size "medium". The pellets are very small. Koi ignore this food but gobble up the Daninichi that I have blended with the Sho Koi food.Daninichi is more expensive, but I much prefer their product.

Economical way of ordering this product. I simply refill the smaller container for easier feeding. The bag reseals easily

They are so spoiled. They finally realized I was not going to feed them anything but it so they started to eat it. They do this when I change the brand and it does not matter what kind of pellets. They are just pickey. Fast shipment. Reviews from a pond business recommends this over any other koi food.

The Best of the best , or the beast , is named by me. four years by feeding my kois and never had a death or illness. but it is so, so, so expensive
