Not a flimsy pan
This pan is stout, heavy and seems to have a very good finish. Probably will hold up much better than another set of pans purchased some time ago which was light weight, pealing finish and rusting in a short time.

Cool Little Pans
I found these on amazon warehouse deals for a really great price. I thought why not try them out. These work good and do the job that they should. If you can find them at a great price, they are a must have for mexican night.

Tortilla Pans
I really haven't had a chance to use these yet because the temperatures have been in the high 90's or triple digits.

Good Quality
My pans arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. But the biggest surprise was that the materials seemed so high quality.. They are nice and heavy and I am anxious for Friday's taco salad night when I will get to use them. I saw these on Ann and Jane Esselstyn's YouTube show and wish I had known about them years ago. This company seems very sincere in wanting to have happy customers.

Just as good as I hoped
Pro: Molds out a perfect bowl. Way easy to clean. Four of them take up little space when stacked.Con: Give me a moment, I'll think of something...... Nope! Instructions are minimal, like none.I recommend preheating them for a crispier dough, otherwise it gets crispy on the overhang part and not the part in contact with the mold. For me it worked best at 350 degree F. You have to watch it for doneness.I also coat my tortillas with a light spray of olive oil or canola for a nice browning.
