This item didn’t turn on. This is my first bad experience buying from Amazon. I shipped the item to be returned. The USPS tracking states that the item was delivered 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t been refunded!

I did order from Prime "Like New" refurbished.It did not work at all.... I am giving 2 star because as always, Amazon returned with no issues.

Suction was great for about 2 weeks. After that it would barely pick up a crumb on the floor. Don’t recommend. Spend the extra money to get one that will work.

Suction and manueverability are good; the unit is lightweight; the handheld is a nice feature. However, I bought this for quick cleanups of carpeting in the bedrooms (which it did satisfactorily); however, after I emptied the dirt cup, I tried to put the handheld back into the floor handle, and that is absolutely a no-go. I can see where the small tab to hold the handheld is supposed to go, but no matter how hard I try, it the tab will NOT go into the slot, meaning that I cannot use this thing as a vacuum, only as a handheld. I just threw the whole works outside; bulk trash comes tomorrow, and this thing will go with it. Terrible! I never should have bought an off-brand.

I had a different Cordless vac and after several years use , heavy use it that, I couldn't find it to buy again. This one looked similar and had some very good reviews so I took the chance. I'm really sorry I did because now it's too late to return it and I'm shopping for a new one because this one does not do the work. Very disappointing. Too bad I can't give mine to someone who's tempted to buy it to save you the money.

my vacuum stopped working. not sure why it stopped. When I attach it to the stick vacuum it does not turn on. When I seperate the two parts, the vacuum part turns on only for 30 seconds then dies. It does not matter how long i charge the vacuum.

Worked great but after 7 months it stop. Emailed customer service (Lily) had immediate response and excellent follow up. I received a new tire compressor which works great. I would recommend this product, company, and customer service (Lily).

It was ok while it worked. It broke in less than a year with light usage. It does not charge anymore. If you need reliability look elsewhere.Update: Upgrading to 4 stars due to satisfactory customer service.
