This device doesn’t work

Don't bother wasting $, Buy a good conventional pump for the same or $20 more. It's a unique primative idea, but it's made of cheap material. Mine detereorated in two weeks to where the valve wouldn't hold suction. Yes it was thoroughly cleaned after every use. No exchange, only return if you package and ship back thru UPS, not worth it.

This did not work for my husband at all. The instructions are very poor as well as the instruction video on the website. However, it is not rocket science and one can easily figure out how to use it. But, it did not give us the results we were expecting. This was a waste of money.

I used this now for a couple of weeks and it really works.First had some issues with maintaining the vacuum but lube solved that issue, also used some lube at the rubber seal cap. Vaseline is to thick, water based lube works great.It enhanced our sex life.Highly recommended.

This is an ok product. I bought it because it's slim and compact. The cap doesn't always seal perfectly but it helps to have a thick lubricant on it, like vaseline. Frankly, once I get full-sized I put a condom over the top portion of the device (covering the cap and top), and the air does not escape until I'm ready to let it out. Pretty good for keeping full-sized for some time. My urologist tells me it's good for circulation to use a pump regularly. It has been good for me. I'd give it more stars if the sealing power of the cap were constant and more effective.

Much fun for quite a while but rubber nipple does lose elasticity eventually

A total waste of money. Does not suck at all.those who gave it a 5 stars are employees who only reviewed this junk.AVOID AT ALL COST.

Size is important. Make sure before ordering. Did not work as advertised.
