I have used this once so far to count my swim laps. It was a little awkward to use, but I will probably get used to it after a few uses. I was using a little electronic ring to count laps before, but the battery is low after 18 months of use. I did not want to spend the money to replace the ring and decided to give this a try. I think it will work out.

I wanted to use this to help me track my laps in the pool, so I reached out to the seller and asked him to remove the knot in the center. He did that, and this has been absolutely perfect!

Rule number two: never get lost.Good quality pace counter. You could make your own. If you don't, then go with this. I have two from this company.

If you don't know how to use "Pace Beads", look it up on YouTube. It's pretty easy. As for this item, it's exactly what I wanted. Curious to see how long the buckle lasts, but overall, I am happy with my bracelet.

Cheap and doesn’t work very well. The beads are hard to move.
