The metal peel will fit a 12 inch by 12 inch pizza. The metal is 12 wide by 14 inches without the handle. The handle itself is 11 3/4 inches. When the handle is extended, the peel plus handle is a total of 23.5 inches long

Q: My handle seems Wobbly. Is this normal?

Two peels that I have are only wobbly when the bolt isn't screwed down all the way, perhaps you just need to adjust the handle and tighten the bolt?

Yes, like all other peels you’ll have to dust with cornmeal or flour first
