Now, I did also begin an exercise regimen and cleaned up my diet a bit (no fast food, etc.), but my blood tests after 100 days was a reduction in my hs-CRP numbers by almost 50%, to a 5.4. The measures of the amount of Omega-3 in my system was much higher as well. It's one thing to say that a supplement makes us feel better, but this was actual proof of improved health measurements. I like how they actually show how much of each, along with the fatty acids, is in it. Any company that is willing to print the breakdown of ingredients and how much in each serving has my support. The citrus flavor is not really noticeable if you get any "fish burps" but that fishy taste isn't noticeable either, most likely from the enteric coating, so I guess it works. Just don't expect to burp and taste oranges... Great overall product, low priced.
