Great value for money

Not what I expect from Alienware
A good looking, comfortable, noise cancelling headset which I was happy with. Easy to set up and use; everything I expected for the price. A matching item to my Alienware PC! However, here we are, just shy of a year later and as you can see, despite moderate use and good care, the material on the underside of the headband has started to come away exposing the sponge and causing bulging. Though the headset is still functional is not looks awful and is only going to get worse. Not the level of quality I expect from Alienware, sadly.

Bad
Had to change back to my £12 headset due to friends barely hearing me through the mic. The sound is a little scratchy also might just be a bad one I got but its unusable unfortunately.

Not what I expected
Everything from the packaging to the logos and design is amazing, and they are really comfortable. I bought it for my XBox series S and I was expecting great sound... But unfortunately it's not good... Maybe they are made just for PC and you could adjust settings there but on Xbox and mobile they sound worst than some cheap wireless ear buds. For 50€ they'll do their job but I must admit I didn't made the right choice. If you have a PC and you know for sure the sound can be adjusted it could be worth buying, but if you want a headset for console or for anything else don't but this headset, in this price range you can find good headsets on sale (Razer, Steelseries, Astro, Turtle Beach, etc.) EDIT: after playing with the sound settings on different games I managed to get better sound, not in all games, but most. I still don't think is very good but it's OK. One thing that got even better with time is the comfortability, can play 4-5 hours without any problems.
