Puduo Epoxy Resin Kit for Jewelry Making & DIY Art - 8oz, 1:1 Ratio, Crystal Clear Casting Resin

I absolutely love this epoxy resin. I have tried several brands and kinds but this is by far my favorite. I have several that I favor but this one is a great epoxy resin. I will be ordering this again but I do like trying different kinds of epoxy. I love the fast curing because I can add more layers quicker.

Thrilled. It took about 4 hours to cure but I probably didn’t stir it long enough.

I was impressed with how bubble-free it is and how quick it set and was touchable.

I make dice and use silicone molds and a pressure pot. I've used this resin to make a few sets now and it always sets up and, with the pressure pot used at 30 - 40 PSI, I haven't had issues with bubbles or the resin setting up hard but... it was not within an hour like the posting claims. I use the small amount of remaining resin in my silicone mixing cup as an indicator of when the resin is hard enough to pull out of the pressure pot and I'm consistently seeing it take about 12 hours to harden enough to demold; a far cry from the 1 hour I was hoping for so I can see a high turnaround time for dice casting. It's still better than my previous resin which took 24 hours but, it isn't what was advertised of a "1 hour demold". For me, after 3 minutes of mixing and an hour later, it is still very much a liquid and not ready for demold. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch that's slower than expected or what. I gave 4 stars because while the cure time isn't as claimed, it is still a fine resin and it works well if you aren't trying to get as many casts done as possible in a short time frame. The pumps work well and has reduced spills and drips. Polishes up nice with Zona sheets plus some polishing with a polishing wheel and compound.

I have tried this in numerous molds. I'm not new, but I'm not an expert either. I have not had anything cure within an hour, no matter how deep or shallow! It usually takes 3-4 hours before I can safely de-mold. So this does not work as advertised. It is nice once it sets, but should be labeled 4 hour de-mold, not 1 hour.

The media could not be loaded. I made 5 letters out of two table spoons of the resin and mixed it with ultra sparkle glitter and a little bit of foil. All the letters came out great and I have more than half the bottle left over. I had no bubbles and it dried quickly and smoothly. This was my first time using it so this kit is definitely beginner friendly and I will be buying more for other projects. I used a blow dryer in between layers when pouring and for a few seconds when mixing and all the bubbles immediately disappeared. I am a highly satisfied customer.

I have tried a few resin products trying to find one that is easy to use because I'm a beginner. I tried adding things to the resin and found this product fit the bill. The odor was almost non-existent. I had no issues working in a room with closed windows. Mixing it was easy and it poured well, set well and I will be buying it again. I would absolutely recommend this for a beginner. I can't wait to buy more and see what else I can make.
