Nepal Hand Knit Sherpa Hat with Ear Flaps, Trapper Ski Heavy Wool Fleeced Lined Cap

I don’t often write reviews, but wanted to be helpful for others thinking I’d this hat. It is super warm!! It fits snug enough to keep wind out - but is not too tight. The ear flaps cover the entire ear. It’s perfect for cold winter walks. I have other hats like this and they do not fit as well and are not nearly as warm. I got the xl as the reviews said the run small. I typically would wear a med or large hat. Love the color too - that is an extra bonus!

I live in a cold climate and have searched for many years for a hat that is warm, stylish and comfortable. This hat ticks all the boxes. Having a big noggin, it's hard to find a hat that's not too tight - The XL is a perfect fit even with a large ponytail. The polar fleece lining is soft and snuggly and pulled down it covers your forehead and back of the neck as well as the ears. The wool outer covering makes this hat exceptionally warm. I'm obsessed with this hat and ordering several other colors. Highly recommend! Beautifully made, I get compliments everywhere I go and my head has never been warmer!

This attractive, thick wool hat covers the ears and provides warmth during very cold days. The tan, multicolored hat goes well with all of my winter coats.

This hat would have been perfect if not for the seam in front. The fleece lining has buldging seam in front as if you have some weird rib going on in the center of your head. I had never seen that lining had 2 seams: in the back and in front. Well, this hat has it. You would not feel it (unless you are very sensitive) but it surely is visible is a ridge going from the middle of your forehead to the top of your head. Is it a deal breaker? Not really. As the hat is a good size, warm, and the wool is of good quality. But it just does not make sense and is annoying. Especially, if not for this buldging ridge, the hat would be PERFECT.

Amazing! Warm! Beutiful! But Medium size was small for my head, I had to return and buy a larger one. I hope the large fits well!

I love this hat! Reasons 1, 2, and 3 are that it is WARM, WARM, WARM. 4. I am a him/he with a 23.5 inch noggin and the XL size fits perfect. Since there is some "give" to all woven products I'm sure there is a range of smaller/larger head sizes that this would fit. 5. Unlike conventional stocking caps this one doesn't creep down over your eyes when you pull it down to keep your ears warm since it has earflaps. 6. You can wear a hood over it (for extra moisture protection for example) and there is no "pom-pom" to interfere but the tassel looks great when you don't have a hood on. 7. It is comfortable. 8. Did I mention that it is100% wool and really WARM?

I love to be outside, even when it’s cold. I have a few knit hats, but when the wind blows, they are pretty useless as that cold air does right through. I got the hat yesterday and got to try it out at 38 F, under 10 mph winds. It is very warm because of the liner. The shape is perfect because I can have my ears covered without the hat trying to cover my eyes, as my other knit hats do. My ears are nice and warm. The hat seems well made, and it is really cute. My husband even commented, which is not typical for him. I got the red, and two other colors are still in delivery.The hat was very snug the first time I put it on: VERY snug. I do not have a gigantic noggin, so I was annoyed. I thought the sewn in liner would disallow stretching, but I spent a few seconds just working it gently and the fit improved. I would still like just a tad looser, but I’m not worried about it. I have an average size skull for a female, so if you know you wear a large hat size, this might be a problem for you.Love the hat!

I got the "brown blue" in XL. The cap looks just like the product photos. The knitting is perfect. The inner liner is soft , blocks wind, and covers the entire interior. You can tie it under your chin with a single loop and it stays, you don't have to knot it. --- My head measures 23 3/4" just above the ears. It fits well, and has to expand just a little to fit my head. There's room for it to expand more, but I think it might start feeling tight with a larger head. --- The tag says Outer: 100% Wool; Inner 100% Polyester; Hand wash separately in cold water; Made in Nepal. --- Highly recommended.

Very warm a beautiful winter hat

I’ve had similar hats from Arc’teryx and Patagonia and smart wool. Let me tell you this hat is the actual real deal. I was so impressed

Esta cómoda, tapa las orejas muy bien y sobre todo esta muy calientita. Si la recomiendo. Tengo 64 años y soy muy friolenta, la quiero para andar en mi casa, no tengo calefacción.

Now this is what I call quality. A bit expensive but quality comes at a price. Bought 2 for me and 1 for my wife. Super happy.
