It’s affordable and it works
After doing a lot of research I opted to buy this Cobbler Sewing Machine. Of course a lot people had all kinds of things to say as to the quality of this machine. But much to my surprise mine was received in good condition and after cleaning and making some adjustments to loosen it up did some testing and it worked from the start. I have to say the instructions that come with it are not very helpful. So search online there is tons of info on this machines. It’s rustic and not pretty but it works beautifully. I built a base for it and it sits on a table and is mobile. It really exceeded my expectations. If you are willing to do some adjusting and very minor modifications get this machine. Read the most recent reviews for they have been improved since they first came to the US. It is rustic but it is working horse.

Rough around the edges
After looking up a few YouTube videos on this machine, I decided to give it a go. It came as expected, box slightly roughed up, packed in grease. Once it was cleaned up a bit, I tried to get it to work. Most hand stitching threads I had simply bound the machine up (Tiger thread). Most of the castings and parts were still fairly rough around the edges. With a little finessing and hand finishing, along with some trial and error, I did finally get the machine to work properly. Would I buy it again?? Probably not, but now that I have it working, I will continue to use it.

Garbage 🗑
The product was very poorly packaged the box had holes in it and the oil that was slathered all over the product ruined my cloths also needle that was placed in unit was broke so there was damage too the boobin housing after cleaning and assembly the unit does not function properly yhe timing is off I've watched video after video but still will not thread at all .... I asked for a refund and am getting the run around .... " show me what is wrong with a video the guy says " how about you just give me my money back and take your garbage product

Good price, Not plastic should last. !
Good price, I just need to learn how to use this machine and sew , ( adjustments , how to make run smoothly and control my stitching ) thought I'd learn something new on a budget without spending too much money , Not plastic junk should last for some time , I like that it requires no electricity to operate. If you have the time, like to tinker and enjoy the looks of mechanical items this is a neat machine. Will see if opinions change after i crank out a few projects should be fun .

Will have to mount to a table then it should maybe then. Can't use till I get that done.
Legs won't stay on. Needle and thread won't hook up with the bobbin thread. A friend has the same machine, works good. But this one won't. Even had sewing machine repair man look at it. Something not right from factory.

100 dollar boat anchor
After Having it for weeks. I'm getting ready to turn it into a boat anchor. After watching all the youtube videos I can find still will not sew without breaking thread or needles.
