I especially like the quality of the cutlery and how they are split into packs in brown paper bags. I did find that microwaving anything wet compromises the integrity of the bowls. They still function as long as you eat it pretty quick, but the outside bottom feels vulnerable.

We were having a large family gathering and I didn't want to be stuck at the sink washing dishes for hours after people left. So, I put these out and our yard waste bin (it was an outside event)- let's just say I actually wasn't stressing after the food was out...for the first time ever! It was awesome. These plates held up to sloppy street tacos, salsas, salads and rice and beans showing no sign of weakness. Once they were done- people just tossed them in the bin. I 1,000% recommend these and I will 1,000% be buying them again.I loved that they are compostable and made of recycled materials. It's little steps like these that I take to better help the environment.

I bought the product because it was eco-friendly and would be great for a picnic or potluck where I have people concerned about environmental impacts. The utensils were very quality items. Normally with plastic utensils, I don't like the feel of the utensils in my hands or mouth, but these had a nice texture and were sturdy enough to use for almost all foods (of course for steak you'll need a proper stake knife). The plates were sturdy, much sturdier than your average plates.The items were shipped in a cardboard box with paper wrapping instead of plastic, so the whole thing is eco-friendly. I'd highly recommend this product for anyone needing disposable products on occasion but not wanting to harm the environment.

Really enjoy being able to compost items. The plates are great but find the utensils break pretty easy but not a biggie since they are compostable. Still find I can reuse some utensils if I gently hand wash, so that’s a plus!

Ordered this set for our large family Christmas dinner. The plates were very durable, but not as thick as Chinet. The dinner plates were not as large as I would have liked for a large meal, so I ended up ordering another set of oval plates for the main meal and used these for appetizers and salad. These still would have worked nicely, just my preference for larger oval plates. They worked great however, no leaking, durable and eco friendly. The flatware was very durable as well and not a single piece broke which says a lot. Would reorder

Bowls and plates were great, but we had to use different utensils because they kept breaking. We just had chili and baked potatoes while we were using these.

I don't normally use paper plates or plastic utensils. Then I found these. These are the most amazing plates, bowls and utensils I have ever purchased. All of them are compostable. Sorry, the utensils are not plastic. Everything is degradable. Love it!
