Mix Konnyaku jelly powder and sugar. Pour it into the water, stir well. Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking. Pour the hot jelly into base mound and let it set firmly. Leave a little bit of hot jelly for Step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie. -----STEP 2: Making colored jelly for flowers/leaves What you need: 300 ml water, 80gr sugar, 5g Konnyaku jelly powder,200ml milk, food color. Mix Konnyaku jelly powder and sugar. Pour it into the water, stir well. Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking. Add heated milk continue cooking until the liquid boils. Pour the hot jelly into different cups and add food colors. Keep the colored jelly in the bain-marie before putting it in syringes or bottles with special needles. -----STEP 3: Making flowers/leaves What you need: Jelly scoop , syringes or Luer Lock Tip bottles with special needles. You can make a lot of different styles of decoration using these tools.
