Useful sauce
This sauce doesn't quite hold up alone as a fresh ingredient but mixed with other ingredients it gives a delicious, deep flavour. I'm buying another couple of bottles. It has almonds, raisins, chili pods, tomato, garlic, onion, parsley, cinnamon, thyme, lemon juice, apricot. Add a fresh version of any of these, some other spices, and see!

nice sauce
this is a very nice sauce but I'm just not excited about it. I'll have to experiment with it using it on various foods to see what it works with.
