Review: Get these - If you make your own laundry soap, you know that the chemicals cause yellowing. This is the answer to that problem. I keep a jar of water that I dissolve laundry blue cube in in my laundry room. Once the washer has filled with water, I pour in enough of the dissloved laundry blue in to slightly die the water in the load. Depending on what I'm washing and how big each load is I can get multiple loads out of a cube. Do not use if you're washing anything yellow. These are great for anything white or any colors with a blue undertone.

I’m surprised I found it on desertcart. It’s quite expensive but I needed it. Oxi clean doesn’t work for me and I absolutely dislike using bleach on my clothing. I’ve seen complaints but perhaps you aren’t using it correctly. Rub it on your clothes and allow the brick to dissolve in the water. Soak for 45 mins. Then use the same water to wash your clothes. Not everything’s worth putting in a washing machine but if you have to, I’d advise dissolving the brick first, then pour the water into the washer. One brick is enough for a medium load. I haven’t used it as yet but I hope it’s the same quality as 10 years ago.

**Q: I'm trying to find laundry blueing poweder. this is the only thing that comes up on amazon. will this suffice, if i finly brake it up?**
A: There used to be a product called "LA France" which was a powdered bluing used to brighten and remove yellowing from white laundry.  Too bad it is no longer produced.  I'd try Mrs Stewart's bluing before this one.  It sounds really difficult to use.

A: Yes. I use it on all types of whites but be careful with using too much. It can turn them kind of blue

A: I actually believe it is a UK product as I only can get it in line 1 package came from UK 1 package from USA I love it’s results but be careful a little at a time hope you’ll like it or try Bluette from online Amazon carries it that’s a liquid you add water to as well

1.) place 1 square in a quart jar with a tight fitting screw-on lid 2.) fill jar 3/4 full, or 3 cups of hot water 3.) place lid on jar securely and shake until fully dissolved 4.) pour roughly 1 cup thoroughly dissolved solution into washer 5.) let washer fill half way with hot water, swish bluing around in hot water to mix thoroughly 6.) add detergent, then load of white laundry into washer 7.) run as usual **Can be poured into bleach dispenser if dissolved completely after washer is filled with water **If little bits remain in bottom of jar, leave them there to dissolve more for next time, don't pour them into the washer, to avoid blue speckled stains on towels & white clothes.
