They state in their product information "Perfect Grip & Lifetime Warranty: Gritup offers life-time money back of every cellphone case to ensure 100% satisfaction.Any quality problem, contact us for replacement or money back."This statement is why I ordered from this company. Unfortunately, they do not stand by it. The screen protector arrived with creases in the center of it that impact clarity of screen even though it was applied carefully to a clean screen. (I have ordered this case before over a year ago, and that one had no issues.) When I contacted Gritup re: my dissatisfaction with the screen protector, they said they do not sell just the screen protector. No refund or replacement was offered. My only choice is to return the entire thing, leaving my phone without a case. Buyer beware.

The case itself isn't broken, but the paint is chipping, and the built in grip ring (idk what to call it rn) has already started breaking after a month of light use. Seeing as that feature played into me getting the case in the first place, I'm gonna say look elsewhere. This product, while is has protected my phone, feels cheap, and anytime I have to take it off, it feels like it's going to break

This is a nice, sturdy case. Thin and lightweight and well-made. All except the mount on the back. That part is very cheaply made and did not last. It made it a bit over two months before I had to replace it.I used this case for just a few weeks before the magnetic part came unstuck. At first, it was sticky enough to just put back on each time it came off, but eventually I had to glue it. A couple weeks later, the ring part broke off and is unfixable. And, of course, the return window has passed.

The overall sturdiness feels good but it doesnt have any raises along the edges of the frame whatsoever. So if my phone is faced down it is sitting right on the screen. I'd hate to imagine what would happen if it fell face down. It would certainly be a complete and total disaster. I don't mean to bash the product or anything but I hope this will certainly influence improved changes on the design of the product in the future. Returning this item for sure.

Edit-The stand on the back snapped off in less than 2 months. Waste of money. I suggest spending a but extra on a more durable case.The ring on the back became incredibly loose rather quickly (less than 2 weeks) to the point where I cant use it for anything other than a stand (which is a bummer because I like these rings to help save my pinkies from getting sore when I hold my phone). Its really annoying trying to hold my phone with a wonky wobbly ring that swivels constantly.

I bought this case on clearance for my Son's Note 10. Since getting my son a phone we have had to replace his screen twice, once because of his hyperactivity and once because of my dog's hyperactivity.Since buying this case we have not had any issues with the case not being able to keep up with my rugged family's life.The case completely covers the phone protecting all sides as well as the screen with the multiple layered case.I haven't noticed any loss of signal or sound quality with using the case, and my son doesn't use the under the screen fingerprint scanner so I cannot say how the case affects that feature.Overall I would say this case is on par to the more expensive Otterbox and Lifeproof cases and is definitely worth the cost.

The product did cover my phone. However it barely covered the edges of phone. It didn't have a lip on the edge to help protect the phone if dropped face down. The ring holder on back was okay, sometimes it wouldn't go back down easily. Using it as a stand was sometimes tricky had to be exactly at the right angel to get it to stand.
