I've been using this mug daily for almost a week, and so far I love it.PROS: Holds almost 12 ounces, so it's bigger than it might appear to be by the photo. I like my tea and coffee to stay very hot, and the fact that it is double-walled really seems to help keep the coffee hot, as long as you also keep the lid on it between sips. It's also a very pretty mug, especially if you are drinking a colorful kind of tea. Like a nice wine glass, it helps enhance the enjoyment when you can see the color of the beverage. If it were gift-boxed (which it's not), it would be even better, as it would make a nice gift. I usually drink tea from a thin china cup, and I prefer a thin cup to a thick one, so I'm glad that the rim of this mug doesn't feel too thick and chunky.CONS: Very minor Cons, such as the fact that, being glass, it is obviously delicate and should be hand-washed with care. So in that sense, it might be a good idea if Hometea also offered a second, thicker version for people who would prefer a sturdier mug.TIP: If you plan to use the cover to keep the contents warm, don't overfill the cup. If you fill it to a high level, when you place the cover on it, some of the liquid might overflow due to the fact that the bottom rim of the cover extends into the cup a bit. (You can see what I mean in the photo.)

Home tea(TM) double wall glass cup coffee mug with lid with handle 350ml  - Purchased these for my wife; however, I started using them before she got back from her trip and I love them. The lid keeps the tea (Beverage) hot longer. So far I have washed them in the dish washer and also re-heated them in the micro-wave, and the one cup I have been using has been used almost a month now. My wife likes them the same as me, and we have recommend these cups to friends.

I like this cup for how it is design and that it comes with a cover, however my expectation for keeping my tea hot for long time is disappointing, I only get half an hour extra in keeping my tea hot compare to a regular cup

I like the double wall. Keeps coffee hot. But do not like that it is not made of tempered glass. Don't like having to pre heat. Ultimately this will break. Like the size. Just enough for one cup.

I really loved this tea mug. I say loved because it dropped and broke. My complaint is that it dropped on the carpet, not the floor, so it must be somewhat delicate. Maybe I will buy another one, or try to find one like it that is a bit stronger. It is great to keep the tea hot and also you can see what you are drinking.

I bought this three years ago and use it frequently. It does keep beverage hotter longer. I always put it in the dishwasher with no problems. Wish it were available now as I bought the nearest replacement which has a leak between the layers.

Not sure how to explain this but my cup has a tiny hole in the bottom that allowed water/moisture to get in between the glass walls of my mug. I now use it as a candy dish in my bedroom.

This mug is very cute, however, there is a noticeable piece of foreign material in the glass. Very disappointed. I believe this is a mug that was returned by another customer.
