Customer Service is amazing and the example. I emailed two different questions at two different times. The emails were reponded to within just a few hours. Well exceeding the two business day response time. They gave great advice for size (go at least half a foot bigger) we have two (7’2” and 7’4”) boards. Went as advised with the 8’ carrier/cover. Can hold both boards with triple fins installed, if necessary. My shipping request was honored. Quality is very good. Materials, padding, zippers appear very strong on first 5 hour trip on roof rack. Has two inside Velcro pockets for wax, uninstalled fins, etc... has a regular handle, a removable shoulder strap, and four sewn on tie down places as shown in picture. Very happy with purchase and customer service responsiveness!!!

Love this board bag. So clever, works great. Packed both my boards for a trip to Fiji in this, and then into a coffin bag. Amazing. and light. Great for day to day use, or for strapping to the top of a car. Super padded and great quality!
