**Q: Will it scratch porcelain tile ??  i have model v10 animal.  original head is scratching tile.**
A: The soft roller does not scratch; we ordered the soft roller for V10 & V11.  The V11 has a much better
battery life than the V10 animal.  The animal vacuum also works great with V11!

**Q: Is this recommended to use on vinyl floors instead of the brush head that came with our V10?**
A: Yes this works well on my vinyl floors.  Had to order this attachment since user guide for floors said not to use brush that came with V10.  I also have a few area rugs that I use the soft roller head on as manufacturer recommended not to use vacuum with a brush.

**Q: Why is V11 roller almost double in price than V10 roller when I hear they are interchangeable?**
A: It more expensive.

**Q: Does this work with Dyson V15?**
A: Not sure.  Go to the Dyson web site
