NearMoon Rain Shower Head, Ultra-Thin Design-Pressure Boosting, Awesome Some Experience, High Flow Stainless Steel Rainfall Head (12 Inch, Matte Black)

Purchased the 8" NearMoon Rain Shower Head. This is a beautiful shower head. Very thin and elegant looking compared to my old 8" rain fall shower head. Inserted the red water restrictor in the shower head and then one of the silicone washers with the wire screen. Hand tightened and tested for leaks. Noticed a slight leak at the shower arm. Using the included wrench, I tightened the shower head some and retested. Still a slight leak. Repeated the tightening and testing a couple more times only to still have a slight leak. Removed the shower head and noticed the washer/screen had been partially pushed into the shower arm. I removed it and installed the second silicone/wire screen washer. I repeated the installed process and got the same results. I removed the shower head and, again, found the silicone washer pushed into the shower arm. This time, I inserted the silicone/wire screen washer into the shower head first, and then inserted the water restrictor facing toward the shower arm. I hand tightened the shower head and then snugged it with the included wrench. Upon testing, I found NO water leaks. Apparently the "hard" plastic of the red water restrictor was stiff enough to keep the silicone washer from being pressed into the shower arm. Looks and works great with no leaks now.

Very nice shower head. I got two of them and they both work really well. I also got the extension arm with this to get more adjustability. I was really impressed that tools and spare parts were included. The product itself is well made.

We've been using it (10" model) for 12 months now. Great shower experience. Plenty of water and pressure. Dinged one star because although it claims 1.8GPM flow rate, it's actually 3.7GPM according to our utility water meter. (It came with a screen but did not include a reducer.) Our water usage is up an average of 3,000 gallons per month. (That's an extra $56/month at todays rates.)

I love this shower head! It is a very gentle water flow but also quite substantial which is how I like it. We have very hard water so when the holes start to get plugged up I let the shower head sit in a bowl of vinegar water for a while and then it's as good as new!

The shower head looks great and seems to be of good quality since it's made out of metal.

The media could not be loaded. My old rain shower head wasn’t working well anymore, hard water, mineral deposits etc it was time to get replaced. I purchased this shower head because I couldn’t beat the price. I was a little skeptical at first but figured I would try it out and I’m glad I did! The water pressure is great (for a rain shower head). The chrome finish looks high end. It came with plumbers tape, and replacement parts.
