Watering Made Easy SS12 Sprinkler System, SMALL/MEDIUM AREA

It has been a full week since I first tried to contact Watering Made Easy. I have sent sent 2 emails detailing my problems with the product and have tried calling the phone on numerous occasions, but it goes silent after 4 or 5 rings. If Watering Made Easy is reading this, let us know how to contact you!!! I purchased 4 of your sprinklers in July and August of 2015 and only one still works. I have followed all of your troubleshooting tips to no avail, and would like to exercise my 5 year warranty options. When your product works, it is great, but I am very disappointed at how difficult it is to get a hold of you. Please Respond.

Purchased this sprinkler over a month ago and installed it so we'd be ready for the summer watering. We had a wet June so have not needed to use it until now. (June 30). Even though it worked when installed it now does not turn (oscillate). Too late to return, not sure what to do. Maybe a Rain Bird's sprinkler like this would have been better. Cannot recommend this sprinkler nor this company.

Works good. Have to just make sure you install it exactly like it says so no dirt gets in there or it will plug it up. Take care of it in the fall & make sure it's all cleaned up in the spring so once again dirt doesn't get into it. It's very confident. I made a whole as big as a shoe box & put pebble rock & the bottom so dirt wouldn't fill the hole with dirt until I needed to put dirt in to actually bury it. Keep the lid on when it's appropriate so dirt doesn't get in . good luck.

Straightforward to install and works great! Such a deal compared to professionally installed in-ground sprinkler system - works just as well at a fraction of the price!

We installed 6 of these in our yard this spring. We were very pleased until...Texas Summer hit in earnest. Granted, this is the hottest summer in years, so we expect to be pouring on the water. But the heat revealed how unevenly the water is distributed. The area within a 10' radius of the sprinkler head is well watered, but beyond that we're having to supplement. The square sprinkler pattern is even worse, watering only 1' adequately. It is now obvious to us that whenever our temperatures rise above 90 degrees,we need double the amount of sprinkler heads recommended. And that will be a considerable cost. If we'd saved our money and that needed to install the new sprinkler heads, we'd be well on our way to a complete, automatic sprinkler system by now.So if you live in an area where you seldom see temps above 90 degrees and don't go for 3-4 months between rain, these would be great. And consider yourself incredibly blessed while you're at it!

I absolutely love these, I've purchased a total of 4 so far and expect to buy several more for the backyard use too. These are made of plastic but look like they will hold up well over time. The process of watering my lawn go so much easier, all I've got to do is hook up the hose and wham like that the sprinklers are set and forget not like the old one that I'd have to move to different locations on my property and set up the sprinkler head rotation as well as adjust the spray. If your half as happy as I am with these you be very satisfied customer. I would highly reccomend these to anyone looking to make their life easier while watering their lawn, you can't go wrong

These work perfectly for my front strip areas (about 5' x 20'). I have one on each end of the 2 strips and have them set to 4x15. I also have one on each side of a much larger area. I get the middle of the area with a regular oscillating sprinkler but it never reaches the sides. Those are set at 9x (can't remember the exact dimensions and don't have the product instructions next to me right now). They do the job.One of them leaked terribly when I first installed it but it was easily fixed by screwing the sprinkler head in correctly. They're also really easy to install. I'm so glad I found these!

This is a great way to water the lawn. Pick the correct location and 20 minutes later it's up and running; however there are some problems. I have two of these. The first one operates fine but it leaks at the quick disconnect so the immediate area get flooded. The second unit does not leak at all but stopped rotating after a few minutes of operation. I had to keep jostling it a bit to work. I finally dries it out with an air hose and sprayed some WD40 and it seems to be working fine now. I have two more to install and hoping for better results.
