This is a decent item. It seems to be composed of lemongrass oil and a waxy substance which slowly releases the aroma, attracting swarms into it.I will probably make my own once this one is spent.

Put the lure in the hive a month ago along with a nectar feeder. So far, no result.

Save your money
We had a swarm of honeybees in our yard for about a week; I bought this with 2 day shipping with the intention of luring them into an open beehive. Even though the bees remained active in our yard, none were interested in the hive even with this product used precisely as directed.Overall: it didn't work for us, and was a waste of money.
