USP Window Bug Glass Break Sensor, White (724-White)

Contacted this company and contacted the manufacturer and no one called me back on how this device is supposed to be adjusted or installed. No diagram or anything on the Internet. Maybe it’s Chinese made and that’s why they don’t have a sheet that tells you how to do the install, so a piece of garbage that I paid $25 for. Hopefully I can get my money back.

I am replacing a sliding glass door. Until it comes, the 2 bugs I purchased are sitting in a drawer. I am only writing this comment because my posting a 5-star report on the United Security Products site forced me to write a review. The speed that they (and Amazon Prime) got the bugs to me was excellent.

This unit is easy to mount and should detect a glass breakage.I just hope I never have to find out exactly how well it does or doesn't work.

I have used Window Bug devices for many years, but had trouble buying them recently. Some other units I tried generated false alarms. These operate just like the old time units, arrived on time and are affordable.

Unfortunately, this product doesn't come with instructions. Luckily, I am a hoarder and found installation instructions for this product that I purchased over ten years ago. See photo for instructions.

I replaced two window bugs after 6yrs of use. Bugs or critters litterally chewed up wires at window bug-wire junction. Works great. This time instructions came with. Surprised to see they run ~$25 a piece.
