This tape was the best tape I've used and it stays on long. My only issue is, they don't ship to APOs so I had to send it to my mom to send to me which takes for ever and slightly annoying. Still good tape though and the color variety is not bad either.

I bought this tape because of my persistent knee pain.Sold online as kenesiology tape.it is a tape alright but a very poor quality. it does not stay on. offers very little if not zero support at all. i had to go back to my physiotherapist who got me the real stuff and my knee feels alot better.i bought two rolls of this kenesiology tape, which was money down the drain. I struggled with the first roll, not because it was not applied properly. the tape is just crap. the second roll is in the bin.my advice spend the extra dollar or two and buy the real Kenesio tape not this cheap imitation.

It is pink not red. But it does the job very well. It holds together like it should and when placed properly, it hold the muscles as needed.

Sticks as expected. It didn't help my SI joint dysfunction as much as I'd hoped. However it's good for what of the value!

Fine - though sometiems it gets unstuck on the ends and edges before I would like. Have used another seller's and it seemd to work better, though.

good product except hard to keep ends in place. tends to unravel.
