If you have an active body, mind give it a go. It works.
Outstanding. I have a teen daughter who every night of her life has asked me to "squish" her. It is the on,y way her body can process the idea of sleep. She doesn't sleep through the night and is very restless. She gets so easily over loaded in life. I bought her this hoping it would keep her down and asleep. It is fantastic. She drapes it diagonally over her hips, legs and ribs and goes to sleep and stays asleep so much longer.

This is not cotton as advertised. It is regular polyester fleece so not breathable.
