The bottle is great. It keeps liquid cold/hot for a long period of time, which makes me more likely to drink it. The infuser is great for fruit and tea. I always keep the bottle in the sleeve so I've not had any issues with the glass breaking.The reason it's not getting 5 stars is more for the 6 emails I got from the company asking me to leave a review because they're a small business and it's so important for them to get the word out. Great, but the first email came a day or two after I received the bottle in the mail, which is too early for me to know if it's any good. Then once or twice a week for several weeks after. That's obnoxious enough to ensure I won't be buying anything from this company again.

Definitely a functional travel tea mug for what I am looking for. It is double walled and comes with an infuser that fits inside it. However, the bamboo part of the cover came off within a few weeks of use. I did not submerge it when I washed it. I gave it a really light washing with a washcloth. The glass also is not very strong and it shattered very easily, even with a sleeve on it. I would recommend a little bit thicker glass and a silicone sleeve. I would pay more money for better construction as in the long run it would save me money.

Wife loves the product. But you must use the neoprene cover to protect the glass from accidental breakage. It doesn't help that my wife is a little clumsy but she loved drinking out of glass instead of metal or plastic.The steel basket was also a bonus for her and this was the only one we could find that was double walled, all glass, with a steel basket.

This is a beautiful tumbler and I loved it until tonight. It was sitting on the kitchen counter and tipped over (note: it did not fall - just tipped over) and the glass absolutely shattered. It was almost like an explosion. I know it came with a sleeve, but I had just washed it out and set it on the counter so there was no sleeve on it. I'm very upset that I paid a small fortune for this water bottle and also that I recommended it to a couple of friends. Hopefully this won't happen to them.

I've had a smaller version of this that shattered, but love the size of of this one! I use it for hot tea in the morning, and infused water all day long. It arrived quickly and in one piece, which was of course a huge plus!

I use this to brew and drink tea. Works well for me.

This product has been great so far. It feels good in my hands and it is very stylish. It's not too wide or not too thin and fits great in cup holders where others have been too wide. I've been using it for fruit infusion and it works great. For a small business, this company has gotten this product right. The people who own this contacted me to ensure I enjoyed the product. Great customer service and great product!! You will not be disappointed.

It looks really good and keeps things hot and cold for a long time, BUT I put coffee in it one time, and the silicone cap inside the lid now tastes like coffee all the time — so the lid is making my water and tea always have a hint of coffee taste. It says that you are not to put the lid in the dishwasher and you are also not to soak it in water, so this has turned into a coffee mug only, which is unfortunate.
