2022 Updated Massage Chair Zero Gravity Full Body Shiatsu Recliner with Heating Back and Foot Rollers Massage (Black)

Very good chair for the price. I suffer with fibromyalgia and get massages every week but still need something to hold me over throughout the week with my pain. I have been wanting a massage chair for a long time but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars. I researched multiple chairs and reviews on Amazon and finally settled on this chair. I am really glad I did. I like that it has full body air bags and foot rollers because many of rhe other chairs in this price range didn't have full body air bags or foot rollers. I have laid in a $9000 chair and this chair is not as good as that one was but it comes pretty close for less than 1/10 of the cost. The only thing I wish was that the back rollers went deeper because I like really deep massage, but my husband likes the back rollers because he doesn't like as deep of massage as I do. Chair was delivered before the expected date and came in 3 boxes. Didn't take long to assemble and was pretty easy. Overall I would purchase this chair again.Pros: Low cost, full body airbags, rollers on back and feet, heat option for back, multiple different settings and auto massage cycles, foot extender for taller people (I am 5'10"), nice soft leather feel, sleek look, zero gravity option.Cons: Wish rollers massaged deeper on back, wish they hit more on my neck (they would for shorter people), no instructions came in box. I am sure I cojld have called but it was Christmas day when we were putting it together and I didn't want to wait any longer for my chair so we figured out how to assemble it and it wasn't too difficult.

I bought this chair to help with back pain after a car accident and it is awesome. The heat and rollers help so much and are also great for women who suffer cramps in their lower back. As a migraine sufferer as well this has been such a life saver to ease them when adding an eye mask and playing classical music in the chairs speakers. The airbags give nice compression on your muscles. The settings are easy to adjust to find what is right for you. If I want deep back rollers but not on my head(I'm short) I just add a pillow and it is perfect. This chair was worth every penny. My husband who didn't care about getting a chair now loves it and uses it almost every day. As far as assembly they include a little booklet that makes it easy to follow to assemble. I looked through dozens of chairs online and at different stores and I'm glad I found this one.

This product is still not where I wanted to be but is better than I expected. I thought it was assembled 🧐 when I received it I saw 3 boxes 📦 hum, thanks God my Girlfriend was with me. We dragged the boxes inside and said well let’s do this, we opened the boxes which are identified and started to assemble it. It takes around 20 minutes from the time you open until is totally assembled not bad at all!!! I said I’m going to try this and very easy to use if you want a full massage just hit auto and zero and let the pleasure begins, it does gives Pressure where is needed on the mid-and lower back which is awesome but it lacks for pressure to the upper back which is another area of my problems. But overall I’m pleased with it. The zero gravity makes the rollers to give you a deep tissue massage which is great. this is my third day with it and I’m enjoying having it home

I wanted to love this chair. It arrived on time and in good condition. But once assembled I discovered that it was designed for someone much larger than me. I am 5’8” and the shoulder massage portion was completely above my shoulders. The arm compression was useless for my arms, fully compressed I could barely tell any pressure. The back rollers were actually painful where they were positioned. I tried several times. Using the zero gravity position proved to be the most painful.Unfortunately, because it was not a manufacture defect, I was left to pay for return shipping. Which was going to cost nearly the purchased amount. So, I am left to sell it at a loss.It may be just fine if you are 6’ or taller. But a huge disappointment and money loss for me.

Shipping: Delays were expected, but shipping was absolutely piss poor. Placed the order on 27Nov with an expected date of delivery 10Dec. Did not get my 1st box until 15Dec and the 2nd box 21Dec. Had to drastically change holiday plans for this because it was a present and did not arrive in time (the only order that didn't arrive in time). Discussed this with the vendors and was "assured" the 3rd box will arrive before the day of the Jesus. WRONG! FedEx claimed they never received it while the vendors claimed they sent it (full circle about 3 times). 3rd box "finally" arrived on Jan5 after multiple resolution attempts.Vendors: Very good response timeProduct: Fairly easy to assemble with instructions. Massages well other than the foot massager not reaching the ball of your foot, and the neck massager does not massage the neck unless you have a super thick neck like the meme guy (massages back of head for shorter peeps).
