Just had 4 new tires installed at Discount Tire and like many others have learned, the TPMS programming tool the shops use did not work on these sensors. Manually programming them by slowly letting air out of the appropriate tires in order worked as it should. BTW, DT had to install my tires TWICE because one tech installed the first tire with a new TPMS sensor, then another tech took over and did not change the sensors! I asked for the box the sensors were in and 3 new sensors were still in the box with one old one. Back on the rack it went. Other than that I am so happy to finally see the TPMS fault gone on my dash and have class leading "Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 Plus" tires on the car. Time will tell how long the battery lasts in the new sensors, but for now I give them 5 stars.

Had then installed at wal mart ten bucks a piece then programed for free at discount. Originally disvount was going to charge me 60 bucks a tire so I saved abot 140 doing it this way working great so far.

Worked on my 2007 Avalanche LTZ 4x4 Perfectly (first year of New body style). Easy to self program, just look up on you tube. They have been on for a couple months with no issues. I installed myself but wouldn’t recommend for most to do it themselves unless you know how to break and set a bead on a tire. Plus you need to put it in the right direction and be careful to not break them when setting the bead. If the tire moves position while doing you will probably need to balance so mark on the wheel and tire with tape before starting. Great value overall.

My vehicle is a 2010 GMC Terrain and the original tire sensors started to go bad - so, I had these install along with a new set of tires. The program tool did not work at the tire shop, but putting the tire sensors in learning mode and letting air out of each tire programmed them. There were instructions in the box on how to do this and they were very simple to follow. I have had these installed for almost two months and have had zero issues.

works like it should. used my harbor freight tire changer with some modifications and installation was a snap. now tpms works again after a couple batteries died. also have the reset tool from Amazon and all working great

Works for the stubborn Pontiac G8s! A lot of places claim they have oem replacement parts for the G8s, but you get there or receive the product and it's not right, well this specific product I can say Works on the G8, which also self learns the Tpms. I also had these laying around for a whole year before I got around to installing them.

I bought this set of four tire pressure sensors for a fraction of the price my local tire dealer wanted for them and had them installed by a mechanic I trust.
