LEGO DUPLO Brick Box 10913

This 65-pc Duplos set is a wonderful toy that fosters cognitive development and is fun for ages from about 2 years through the early school years. I've ordered sets for Christmas for my great-grands who are 2-1/2. While I haven't opened these sets, as a mom, grandmom, and retired elementary school teacher I am very familiar with Legos and Duplos, which are the larger and toddler-friendly version of Legos. My own children, students, and grands played with them. This set includes many basic Duplo pieces in different sizes and colors and extras such as two people figures, a car, flowers, and a window. The pieces are large enough for toddler hands to use and not be a choking hazard. Beside learning to build different things in many different ways, these can be used for other cognitive activities such as sorting by size or color, counting, and making color patterns. As children grow older they make more elaborate constructions. Many of the Duplo pieces can connect with some of the Lego blocks so these don't really become obsolete. The included storage box that is shaped like a big Duplo or Lego is a cute and useful bonus. It's large enough to hold additional Duplos if you have more. This set makes a great gift for most any young child from toddler age and up.

I bought the Lego Classic Brick Box for my toddler, and it’s been an absolute hit from day one. The pieces are the perfect size for little hands, making it easy and safe for young kids to build without frustration. I love that the bricks are sturdy and durable, exactly what you’d expect from LEGO quality. What really stands out is how educational this set is without feeling like “learning.” My child is naturally developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity just by playing. It’s amazing to watch them stack, sort colors, and come up with their own little creations. The storage box is also a big plus for me, it keeps everything organized and makes cleanup quick and simple. Plus, the variety of pieces gives enough flexibility to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. The only thing I’d say is that once your child gets into it, you’ll probably want to buy more sets because they enjoy it so much! Overall, this is a fantastic starter set for toddlers. Bought these as a gift for my autistic daughter. It was perfect. She loves them and plays with them every day, there are so many different ways to build and they let her be creative. Colors are vivid and easy to use

I wasn’t sure if my one year-old would enjoy playing with Legos just yet but I figured I would give it a try. She was a little bit frustrated frustrated at first but now it’s one of her favorite toys. She loves making tall towers and then knocking them over and breaking apart the Legos after she’s built something. I love being able to play with her and build fun and imaginative buildings. She really loves the car and the little people that come with it. I really love that it comes in a container so that I can keep them all in one spot in her room. I think this is a great gift and age appropriate for toddlers 18 months and up.

Bought this as a gift, and I think this is a great box from Lego. It has many different bricks that your kid could use in many ways and at many times to build anything, literally! Good for creativity, motor skills, and very durable. They are bigger bricks than normal Lego sets, so that also helps younger kids with their grasp. Would recommend!!

Must buy. Our toddler LOVES this set.

Great item but maybe my 2 year old is a bit too young for it. I will hold on to it and I think he will grow into it.
