Russian Made Adult Fouette ProFlex Pointe Shoes FPF Medium Shank

Bloch is the 1st pointe shoe of choice for most teachers. I took my daughter for her 1st fitting. Person was clueless. I knew more. They pushed Bloch, but they didn't fit her well. Grisko were PERFECt fit, look, etc.I did take her to another place for another fitting. Once aging Bloch was pushed. Once again Grisko felt & looked better.Her teacher was quite impressed her original were 2007 and harder to break in. 2nd pair were these and oh my the difference. Dancing the Nutcracker was awesome & she was the only dancer without blisters.Let's just say the studio or at least her class are all converted to Grisko fouetté pro flex shoes and blocks can take a flying leap into a garbage can.

I only ordered this shoe because the grishko elite, the shoe I really wanted was not being made by Grishko in my size for a couple of months. I previously wore capezio and bloch, neither of which are up to the standard of the Grishko. I was very suprised that I found a size that fit me, I wear a size 12wide street shoe. I ordered the 8 xxxxx and it is a perfect fit! The pro flex was easy and fast to break in (I have medium strength arches), and the shoe has a low, pretty profile. The only downside for me is that the box is VERY small compared to my previous shoes, so I would never recommend this as a first pointe shoe. The vamp is PERFECT, its low enough to look good but high enough to assist in rolling thru to pointe. The shoe is also great for snatching and turning. I have only worn the shoes for 2 classes, so I will see how long they last (hopefully at leaste 3 months). *Another plus about the shoe is that there is a lip of material on the inside, which was PERFECT to sew the ribbons and elastics into. I did not have to worry about sewing thru the satin. Overall, SO FAR, I love my Grishko Fouette Pro-flex pointe shoes!!!!!
