This is the best you’ll find unless you make one yourself, which I found would cost more. Since I’m on my computer anyway, I thought I would get a map mouse pad to learn some thing while I was sitting there. In general, I think the concept is cool, the countries have different colors, and most importantly, the map is not distorted. They use the Peters Projection which is more to scale as opposed to the Mercator Projection.For instance using Mercator, North America looks larger, or at least as big, as Africa, and Greenland also looks of comparable size. In reality, you can fit North America into Africa and still have space for India, Argentina, Tunisia and some left over. Map suggests Scandinavian countries are larger than India, whereas in reality India is three times the size. Alaska is incorrectly larger then Mexico on Mercator maps. So I’m grateful to find a map on a mousepad that is to scale. Surprisingly, finding an accurate to scale map (in general) is difficult.I will note that the letters are a little blurry (as pictured). So if you need a map to find specific countries, you’re not gonna find it on a standard sized mousepad. Get a Peter’s map.

The stitched border irritates my wrist. What can I say? It's meant to be an upgrade from non-finished mouse pads. But the stitches wear on the underside of my palm and wrist. I hate to say it, but there it is.Other than that, it's an excellent quality mouse pad. Very nice size, lovely richness of colors, excellent backing and smooth working surface.

The scene on this mouse pad is so realistic with vibrant colors. It reminds me of many of the paintings by the French artists. The pad is constructed well and is thicker than I thought it would be. I'm sure it will last a long time. If you love French scenery, I know you'll love this pad.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality of this mouse pad. The design is beautiful - there is stitching around the entire perimeter of it so it doesn't end up peeling - and they did an amazing job doing it. (see photo) The backing so it doesn't slip is a good quality, it doesn't feel like it will pile after time. And it's not super thick and cumbersome. It's very sleek. I would highly recommend this. Great deal for the price - looking at the quality of it I would have paid at LOT more for it. Great Buy

Picture is deceiving showing it to be sparkly glitter. It is ugly but I liked the way the edge is stitched...reason for 2 stars. Do not buy if you expect something pretty and sparkly..

The color of this mousepad was not as vibrant as in the picture. The color of the mousepad seemed faded and dull from my perspective.

It’s very large and decently thick, but that’s about where the good ends. It’s ugly and looks nothing like the pictures. Very poor quality.

Works as a mouse pad but the names of most countries are illegible because the printing is very small and fuzzy. I am disappointed!
