Looks silly - yes...Works: amazingly well...if there were 6 stars or more I would enthusiastically give it top marks..Have serious nasal issues...cannot breathe lying on my back...had to sleep (fitfully) on zero gravity chair...(which is nice for about 4 hours)..accidentally fiound these on Amazon looking for nasal strips...This is the BEST solution ever...not pricy...Really does the job... I had to cut them up and cut them shorter in order for me not to feel like it was harder to breath. Once I did that it was helpful though

These are too small. I don’t have large nostrils or anything, but these are too small to really hold my airways open. Would not recommend for adults. Maybe they would fit a child OK...

Product arrived as described. I had no success with the product and after two nights of use my nose was bleeding by morning. That was enough for me to discontinue use, but I can't say definitively whether or not the product helped my snoring.

Works like a charm! Have told several other people about them and the live them too. My husband doesn't snore anymore! Yippie!

I bought it for my Father so he can breath better while sleeping. When he first tried it his nose bleeds then he quit using it.

I got these at the recommendation of my allergist. They are awkward & look funny, but they sure do make breathing easier when I sleep.

These little guys make a HUGE difference. If you have difficulty breathing because of restrictive nostrils these will help.
