The deadbolt doesn't retract completely when unlocking which keeps me from coming in without a key. The return window was closed. I contacted the company, heard nothing. I did some research and found a trouble-shooting guide, and went through the steps. Still doesn't work correctly. Then Amazon opened a case, which was closed the next day.
