I was a bit dubious even having read the reviews but we've tried deodorant bars and it just ends up a mess. So, with a traditional deodorant as back up I took the plunge. It lasts the day - not much longer but then you need to get a shower you stinky get.Smells a little bubble gummy, not unpleasant but really different to the heavy smell of Sure etc. You use a pea sized amount on your finger - it's a thick paste that goes on easily and washes of your hand without it being a battle!Glass jar, metal lid and wrapped in cardboard for delivery. We will be buying again.

I have been hunting around for a natural deodorant, and Pure Chimp is just the thing. It arrived promptly, in plastic free packaging (a big positive for me), and I love everything about it. It is easy to apply and leaves my skin feeling silky and smooth. I personally love the banana smell, but if you think that it is not for you, don't let it put you off buying this product, the smell is not strong and fades after about half an hour. I am a drummer in a band and even after playing on a hot sunny afternoon, this deodorant kept me odour free. If there is a negative at all - it is only a minor one - and that is that the balm leaves a slight greyish smudge on the skin (more like a shadow really), but this does not bother me. I will most definitely be buying this again.

Unfortunately, this did not reduce sweating or odour for me. Also, the banana smell was quite unusual and the charcoal left a dark shadow under my arm even after rubbing it in. The good thing is that it's easy to apply (unlike some other cream deodorants) and it's all natural.

Ok this is seriously the best deodorant i have ever used in my life! I love all the healthy natural ingredients. Also, it smells devine, like bubble gum and sweets. I used other natural deodorants as im very sensitive, but they weren't as good as this one. I mean after a whole day of sweating and being out in the heat and wearing layers, i went home and i still didnt smell but kindof smelt of sweets! Seriously i think a must have for every person. I hate chemicals and bad ingredients, but this was amazing! i bought this for my mum too and she loves it so much.

Have been using this for a while now, and am really pleased with the results. Love the smell so much! I do still get stinky on really active days, but I always did with ordinary deoderant too. On busy hot days I keep a small tin in my bag and freshen up. With this product I trust what I am putting on my skin, and it is lasting me a really REALLY long time. Not only that, but plastic free too! Who knew that being conscious about your buying choices could make you feel so good 😊 and it still makes me giggle to use something that is labelled 'pure chimp'

Love the fact that this is vegan,no plastic involved and no palm oil. The actual deodorant itself is brilliant, I always like trying different products and this is one of the best. Have tested this all day at work, training at the gym and on the very hot London Underground and not a whiff of BO. The banana smell is a bit synthetic but I quite like it and gets less as the day goes on. My husband loves it as well. Will definitely be buying again.

I have used a couple of different natural deodorant products before and have found them to have mixed results. I have used this one for a while now and I have to say it does the job. Application isn't wonderful, you rub it in with your fingertips but a little goes a long way.

Really nice texture, easy to buy and does seem to work as a deodorant. My only reason for the 4 stars is that it smells like bubblegum which isn’t the worst thing in the world but kinda weird and just made me laugh as I’m 52 and it’s a scent my teenage daughter would enjoy 😂
