I ordered this scrapbook/photo album from ideann and it arrived long before the estimated arrival date, which was great! The cover is solid and the scrapbooking paper used for the interior is high quality. There is however, a red paper heart that is part of the inside back cover that I was not expecting. When I contacted ideann about this, they were very friendly! They worked quickly to provide a resolution, and I am happy with their customer service.
