10lb Rockfish Fillet

Still trying to improve on the taste and get better cooking ideas!!!!

Filets are random in size and we've found several bones.

I like this fish. It is mild tasting and delicious, however you have to be very careful and make sure you don't overcook it, as it will become very dry. You get A LOT of solidly frozen, large fillets.
