do not buy this!!!!! It does not work! It will not hold your foot in dorsal extension (toes up). If you want to get rid of achilles pain, just put a warm pack on your calf muscles for 5 min, then stretch it for 5 min every day 3 times a day. especially before bed and when waking up. There is no sense in this product. Even if you wanted to keep your foot at 90 degrees all night, you would do it better by placing putting your bed against the wall and a small pad between your foot and wall. Dont buy this, please
