I ordered this from my husband but used it for myself as well. I ordered large size. For him, it was a snug and a more tighter fit and would we have to close it almost at the corner of Velcro. We both have a slouchy posture and after work from home begin, this came really handy. However it didn't came with any instructions on how to put it on and for how long to use. We have to open up the order details to find everything. They have everything mentioned over there. For the first few time it will feel weird but then u will get used to it. I wore it for half an hours the first day and increased the time over next days. After a week I noticed that my muscle were developing their own memory and strength to keep my shoulders from slouching. Definitely works in breaking habit but not miracle work to fix things overnight.

I ordered this in a small for myself and it fit fine. So I ordered a large size for my husband whose waste is 36" and the belt couldn't close. So either something was wrong with the chart or something wrong with the item sent. Either way, we returned it for him. I kept mine.

I looked at the size chart and measured accordingly, but this is too small. It is the straps they’re supposed to extend from the shoulder and go around the waist; They are far too short. I can return it and size up, but I’m afraid that the Velcro is still going to wear out in fairly short order it doesn’t seem to stick very well.

I purchased this to help me with back and shoulder issues.This is really easy to put on and adjust. Once adjusted this is easy to keep on all day.I did feel the support on my back and shoulders as well as better posture.My only irk about this is that i wish the stomach band portion was a tad bit longer.

I needed this because I work on my feet and my back has really been killing me lately I can’t always take a nice hot bath so I tried this before my son and I went to the movies literally as soon as it came in the mail lol and it seems a little weird at first putting it on. I kept asking my son can you tell he was like no mommy. I have only had it almost a week now and it definitely helps keep my back straighter. This plus my compression socks I’m all good I swear I’m breaking down and I’m so young still but if I’m going to keep standing up for a job I’m definitely keeping this.

It’s very good for back pain. My husband tried now for three days and he was complaining a lot from his back and he just told me it’s Very Good it’s help with the pain it’s make his back straight when he drive when he standing so it’s really help I get the medium size it fits him perfectly he usually wear a medium in men’s size so it works great
