It's not bad, but it's not great
I write this as a first time hydration belt buyer. My opinions are based around what I would have wanted vs. what I received and are based solely on this product. It's not bad, but it's not great. I won't replace it right away, but I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it strongly - decent deal for the price, and it will likely have to go when I upgrade my cell phone soon.Test conditions: 7 miles in 93 degree humid weather. The Bad:It's not particularly bounce free, but the bounce is not too bad - I still noticed it 5 miles into the run but it didn't really disrupt me. I will likely notice it less the more I run with this product. I tried facing it towards my front and back, no real change. I tried raising it up of my hips as is shown in some photos and it would just slip back to my hip bones. I tried tightening the waist straps to minimize the bounce and:The adjusters wouldn't stay cinched as tight as I wanted. I'm 6'2", 205 lbs, and have a 34 inch waist. I could not get the thing to stay tight enough to minimize the bounce. After the third time I tried tightening it I just gave up, it was disrupting my running, and the additional amount of reduction in bounce wasn't worth the added frustration. The adjusters just seem to slip out to the same point every time I tightened themThe bottles are to thin or need a pressure nozzle on them. I had filled both of them with my preferred spot drink and they are so thin that even with the nozzle closed I got doused in sport drink the first time I pulled one out. Sticky hands aren't fun. Forewarned, as I switched to the second bottle I was more careful, and once again - sticky hands. The work around is only fill them about 5 oz full - so not ideal. The good:The ties to hold the water bottles seem completely unnecessary. The pouches are more than snug enough to secure the bottles at a 8 min/mile pace.No chaffing - but keep in mind the belt will now hold your shirt directly against your skin - I have sore nipples today :)The neutral:I would prefer a bigger pouch. I can get my Galaxy 5S in the thing with its case but nothing more. Out of the case I have room for a bag of chomps - but that's about it. The little ties will technically hold something like a gel or block; haven't tried that for running - I think they will bounce and they certainly aren't easy to get at on the more there.

Very disappointing product; DO NOT PURCHASE!
I bought a hydration belt similar to this one for my girlfriend. She said that she loved hers, so I decided to get one for myself since both of us plan on training hard to run for a 10k next month. The package arrived on time, and I immediately put it to use an hour later. After 20 minutes I repackaged it and plan on returning it tomorrow. The following is what I experienced the very first time I ran in it:- Immediately the belt was way too loose for my waistline despite the fact that it says it has a "perfect fit" that "fits most waistlines" (I have a size 34 waistline which is average for most males and the Velcro belt was falling off). As I was running the belt bobbed up and down, slowing down my stride and causing me to adjust the belt constantly to no avail.- THE WATER BOTTLES LEAKED ON ME (see the pictures below)! At first I thought that I had forgotten to dry them off after I washed them, but I checked the bottles and they were BOTH leaking from the bottom. My shirt was soaked where the bottles hung.-The "Spacious Pocket" barely had enough room to fit my Galaxy S5. I could not even fit my keys in there without fear of scratching my cell phone screen. If I can make a recommendation to you all; I recommend purchasing the hydration belt from this link:(http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F01E3PC/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_5).This was the one I purchased for my girlfriend and after I tested it out there were no problems with leakage, there is more space in the pocket to fit your cell phone, keys, and maybe an energy bar / snack, and most of all, it actually does FIT MOST WAIST SIZES (the velcro on this belt has a wider range and fits most men and women waist sizes). Not to mention at the time of reviewing this poorly made product, it is only $1.00 more. I would not recommend buying this hydration belt even to my worst enemy.

A great pick for my first belt!
This is the first running belt I ever bought. I have used it on a couple four-mile runs, an eight-mile run and recently a 9-mile run in preparatino for an upcoming half marathon. I LOVE IT!I have a 31-in waist and have not had a problem adjusting the belt. I can feel it sliding up and down slightly along my belly during a run but nothing distracting at all.The pocket holds my driver's license and credit care (in the small inner pocket) full set of keys, a small snack, my Iphone 6 and a couple tissues. I am able to pull out the water bottles and place them back in effortlessly. Just a note, I do not bring my full set of keys to a race, just a spare key. I just wanted to see what it would be like with the full set. That is irritating, not an issue with the belt. I just wanted you to know that pocket is roomy. What I'm really happy about is that my phone does not come out all sweaty like it did when I used my RooSport holder. It's been VERY warm and humid lately, my clothes feel like I jumped in a lake when I finish running lately and my phone has always been dry.Note to self, do NOT bend over to tie your shoe while wearing the belt with an open packet of Gu inside. It oozes ALL OVER. Silly me! I put the belt in a sink of cool water and sports laundry soap and it cleaned up nicely.I am very happy with this belt. I highly recommend it!
