One-Touch Coffee & Spice Grinder with Stainless Steel Blades

I absolutely love this coffee grinder! It is compact, easy to use, and works perfectly for freshly ground coffee every morning. The one-touch button makes it very convenient, and the stainless steel blades grind the beans quickly and evenly. I also appreciate that it can be used for spices, making it a versatile little kitchen tool. The size is perfect for small batches (about 2–3 cups), and it doesn’t take up much space on the counter. The 150-watt motor provides enough power for everyday use, and cleaning is simple. A great value for the price and a product I would definitely recommend!

This is not bad at all for the price. I bought this because I got the wrong coffee. Purchase. Whole bean instead of ground coffee. Works really well. It grinds coffee with a little noise but to ground perfection.

This is a great little coffee grinder. It's small, so you can't grind a whole bunch of beans at once, just a cap full. However, it does the job for my needs and works great. You should wash the cap by hand. The base cannot be washed, and needs to be wiped out by hand. It's actually cheaper to grind your own beans, which is another plus. Highly recommend.

Works well, grounds are great for my French press. I would like to have the grind cup slightly larger but it didn’t take long to go thru a pound of coffee beans. Noise level isn’t bad, about what you’d expect from a coffee grinder. It is a little difficult to clean but on par with the last two grinders I’ve had over the last 10 years. I’m not sure why some of the reviews said the cord was short. I measured it and it’s 30” long so perfectly fine for use on my counter top with the outlet nearby.

This grinder is THE BEST. The Cuisinart is ooookay... very loud and cheap but still better than most. I also reviewed another brand that was quieter than the Cuisinart but straight-up junky--although both do work. This one--the Black and Decker--is far and away the highest quality--the quietest, best grinding, smoothest operation and most sturdy build. I kind of thought of Black and Decker as a brand from the past. I guess they are still in the game. It's just the small things here in quality control that add up to a MUCH better product. Had this one 3-4 months now. I think it was a few dollars more than Cuisinart. Totally worth it.

I got onto a bit of a coffee kick lately and decided to try some different varieties, so I needed a grinder. I'm a single person and I want to keep the coffee as fresh as possible. This Black and Decker One Touch Grinder seemed to fit the bill perfectly. It lets me grind 2/3 cups of beans at once which gives me a little over 8 tablespoons of coffee. The way I make my coffee, that translates into about two 18-ounce servings of coffee. I use half the ground coffee for one serving and keep the leftover in an airtight rubbermaid container until I'm ready to use it. This grinder is easy to use and the amount of grind you get is basically determined by how long you run it. For my tastes, using a basket filter, I grind my beans for 12 seconds and everything comes out just about perfect. You simply press the button to get the grind going and release it when you're done. While holding the top in place, turn the whole unit upside down and tap the bottom a couple of times to get everything loosened up and into the cap. Then I simply remove the cap while I'm holding it over the rubbermaid container. It's not the cleanest or most efficient operation, but it gets the job done and and it's a great value for the price. There's not much cleanup to it at all, and the bonus is you get to smell that fresh ground coffee--one of the best smells in the world. This grinder is good option for a single person or a couple who just make a little bit at a time.

This thing is great. I was looking for a grinder that could handle very small seeds such as flax and chia. This grinder does that very well and larger seeds and nuts as well. The only possible improvement would be a removable cup that could be washed, dried and inserted back into the grinder. As it is I use a small toothbrush to sweep it out.

I have had a coffee grinder for well over 45 years but it finally died. In looking around for a replacement grinder I discovered this Black & Decker and have to say that it does just as good a job as my old grinder. I wish the bean capacity were a bit larger but it's not deal breaker. My wife and I grind coffee in amounts that last about 3 weeks or so, so we grind the beans and then empty them into a canister. The complaints that others have made about grounds sticking to the inside of the cup, or the need to flip the grinder over to get the grounds into the lid to transfer to a coffee maker are not a problem for us. The grounds sticking to the inside of the cup is more an issue of the nature of the beans being ground (drier beans tend to generate more static electricity which is what causes some of the grounds to stick to the plastic parts) and was the same with my old grinder. Not a big deal at all. This seems to be solidly built and I'm very glad I bought this as a replacement -- the value for the price is exceptionally good. This makes no more noise than my old grinder did -- that's just a fact of life when grinding things using a motor, and this does not get hot to the touch, even though I ground approximately 3 pints or so of coffee beans.

AVOID!!! Sold with moulded polarised plug for use in the USA. It is unusable in the UK. The plug cannot safely be replaced by a UK plug. This item should never have been offered in the UK. In addition, the seller requires the purchaser to pay the return postage charge to the USA!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Amazon - what are you thinking???! UPDATE: the kind people at Getty in the USA have taken pity on me and have very generously agreed to refund the purchase price without my having to return the grinder. This is a one-off kind gesture, as I'm the first and so far only Brit to have bought the grinder in the UK. So, full marks to Getty for outstanding customer service! Now, Amazon UK, please stop offering this product in the UK.
