The white color is crisp, highly visible, and temporary as advertised, making it perfect for my layout planning. However, my only word of note is in regard to the coverage volume. A single can only lasted enough to make one single pass around the perimeter of my pool before completely running out. If you have a larger yard project, patio layout, or large pool marking to do, the product itself is excellent, but you will definitely want to purchase multiple cans to get the job done. Would that be possible? (For costume reasons)** A: It my not wash out of porous materials. I used it on asphalt and it is very tenacious. Supposedly washes off concrete and asphalt after numerous rains. **Q: Would this paint work well for temporarily marking a basketball court? I'm wondering if it would transfer to the basketball and get spread everywhere?** A: It would work well for that and would not transfer the paint via the ball after it drys. It is temporary, however I think you would likely need a power washer to remove it. I painted a foul line and some important corners of a basketball court in our driveway several months ago, and the paint is still there through the winter. Doesn't bother me, but certainly not as temporary as I anticipated. I chalked the other lines and they disappeared after one rain. I did the corners and other dots in temp paint and can re-chalk the rest easily now when I want to. I'm assuming the power washer will remove the temp paint but I haven't tried that yet.
