Great arm blaster worth every penny
Great arm blaster. Material seems strong so far. I have not noticed any bending on the this arm blaster. This arm blaster really makes you throw your ego out the door when performing full range of motion bicep curls. Got a few gym guy using it super setting and you walk out with a major pump with just 20 lbs no cheating. I will attempt it with a heavier weight soon make sure there no real weight limit that will cause it to bend. 5 11 45 inch chest have not notice any issue using it like other arm blasters bring way to small

Quality Product, Good Price, Good Metal
For the price-point and the extra wrist straps you receive with the order, the arm blaster is a great product, the foam on the neck strap is helpful so the strap doesn't dig into your skin during heavy weight extended use. The arm blaster is also a good weight and so far good metal. The metal hasn't warped or flexed after one week of use so far. I would recommend this product if you have a home gym.

Too Small For An Average Size Person
Way too small for the average size Man. I am 6'3 215lbs and my friend is 5'10 180. The item did not fit either of US. Do not believe the hype about this product. Too Small.

Good For larger people.
I’m 6’2 “tall and weigh 270. I tried another one and returned it. It was uncomfortable. The way it was shaped might be better for a smaller person. The Frost Giant one fits me very well. It doesn’t dig into my arms or ribs. If you are a larger person with a big frame , this will probably work for you.

Must Have Tool for Bodybuilding!

Great Arm Blaster!
Just used the Arm Blaster with my two sons and it did not disappoint! It did everything we expected and isolated the biceps perfectly. If I could change anything - the blaster could be slightly wider for comfort. The included high quality wrist wraps were greatly appreciated thank you Frost Giant!

Frost giant coming in with the win! This things extremely sturdy and gets a very nice pump going when I use it. Well worth every penny spent.
