I bought this in October and in the Middle of March, it stopped ringing. The blue light lights up when it is activated (when someone opens the door) but no sound. After reading all the other reviews that said it worked for less than a week, I guess I should be grateful since mine lasted so long. I gave it one star because it was east to install and operate, but a disappointment on longevity.

The reason this is a 4-star review is for 2 reasons, product (3-stars) and customer service (5-stars).Product - The product is okay and does its job for the first few weeks. The sound is loud enough, and the fact that it came with 2 door sensors was awesome. However, the product would work some of the time and others not. The base of the device stopped producing sound after 30 days of use, so that was pretty disappointing. We did get a replacement (customer service below), so an update may be coming depending on how well this unit works.Customer Service - It's hard to find better customer service in retail today. Not only did they listen to the problem, but they helped with solving the issue. Within 1 week of reaching out to the provider, they had mailed a new device and advised I could keep the defective base. They were quick to respond to my messages and even reached back out to ensure we received the replacement. Rachel was fantastic, and I commend the provider for their diligence and care.
