7 powerful premium seeds
Iโve been using the True Elements 7-in-1 Seeds Mix for a while now, and itโs honestly the easiest way to add a little extra protein to my meals. I just sprinkle it on curd, smoothies, or salads, and Iโm good to go. Super convenient, nutritious, and doesnโt change the taste. If youโre looking for an easy protein boost, Iโd definitely recommend trying itโespecially during Amazon Prime Day!

Convenience
Nice to have a mix instead of five or more more different packages.

Great for granola mixture
I use this stuff for my homemade granola and it is delish. they bake very nicely in the oven and add a great taste and texture to the granola. It's great for toppings on yogurt with fruit. It doesn't taste salty and I plan to continue buying it when I make my granola. 1 pack makes 6 full batches of granola.

Great
Completed this maybe in 3-4 weeks, since we almost used it regularly. And yes, it has all the seeds which is great

Brilliant mix
Use the product with my husband's morning cereal mix, only problem is, that the product takes for ever to get here...

Does not seem fresh
Not expired, but clearly not fresh. The seeds smelled stale and cardboardy, like old biscuits from a long-opened packet
